Hard Chrome Plating

Unmatched Hardness. Superior Wear Resistance.

Hard Chrome Plating deposits a dense, extremely hard Chromium Layer onto Metal Surfaces, dramatically extending Service Life in high-wear and corrosive Environments. It is the Industry Standard for Hydraulic Rods, Pump Shafts, and any Component requiring a combination of Hardness, low Friction, and Corrosion Resistance.

  • Hardness up to 70 Rc
  • Excellent Corrosion and Wear Resistance
  • Applied to Shafts, Rods, Cylinders, and Plungers
  • Ground and Polished to final Dimensions after Plating

Hard Facing

Protect high-wear Surfaces with tough Overlay Alloys.

Hard Facing applies Wear-Resistant Alloy Overlays to Surfaces subject to Abrasion, Erosion, or Impact. It is an economical way to extend the Life of new Components or restore worn ones, using Materials selected to match the specific Wear Mechanism in your Application.

  • Carbide, Chrome Carbide, and Cobalt-Based Overlays
  • Applied by Welding or Thermal Spray
  • Ideal for Mixer Blades, Impellers, Wear Plates, and Valve Seats
  • Dramatically reduces Replacement Frequency

HVOF Coating

High-Velocity Performance for extreme Environments.

High Velocity Oxy-Fuel (HVOF) Thermal Spray produces dense, tightly bonded Coatings with very low Porosity and high Hardness. It is the preferred alternative to Hard Chrome in many Applications, offering superior Wear and Corrosion Resistance while meeting modern Environmental Standards.

  • Tungsten Carbide, Chrome Carbide, and Cermet Coatings
  • Coating Density >99% — minimal Porosity
  • Hardness up to 72 Rc
  • Environmentally preferred alternative to Hard Chrome

Nickel Plating

Chemical Resistance. Dimensional Restoration.

Electroless and Electrolytic Nickel Plating provides excellent Corrosion Resistance, uniform Deposit Thickness, and good Hardness. Electroless Nickel is especially valued for its ability to coat complex Geometries uniformly, making it ideal for internal Bores and intricate Parts.

  • Electroless Nickel for uniform Coverage on complex Shapes
  • Electrolytic Nickel for heavy Buildup and Dimensional Restoration
  • Excellent Resistance to Chemicals, Acids, and Alkalis
  • Can be Heat-Treated to increase Hardness up to 70 Rc

Plasma Spraying

Ceramic and Metallic Coatings for extreme Conditions.

Plasma Spraying uses a high-temperature Plasma Arc to melt and propel Coating Materials onto a Substrate, enabling the application of Ceramics, Cermets, and Specialty Metals that cannot be deposited by other means. It is used for Thermal Barriers, Electrical Insulation, and extreme Wear Applications.

  • Alumina, Zirconia, and other Ceramic Coatings
  • Metallic and Cermet Coatings for Wear and Corrosion
  • Thermal Barrier Coatings for high-temperature Components
  • Electrical Insulation Coatings
